A company seeking to take Trump Media & Technology Group public is asking a judge to force its biggest investor, ARC Global Investments II, to vote in favor of a merger ahead of a looming deadline.

The lawsuit, filed Tuesday in Manhattan, is the latest installment in an ongoing legal battle between plaintiff Digital World Acquisition Corp. and ex-chairman Patrick Orlando. Orlando, who is not named as a defendant, was forced out last year, yet still holds significant power as a board member with voting leverage.
