The U.K. Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) has closed its investigation into former Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan partner Mark Hastings, following allegations of inappropriate behaviour made against him in 2018.

Hastings had been a partner in Quinn’s London office for a year until May 2018, when he was dismissed by the firm after two staff members made allegations of inappropriate behaviour. The firm then referred itself to the SRA.
