Paris Heads Selected at A&O Shearman and Latham

Allen & Overy and Shearman & Sterling said veteran A&O finance partner Julien Roux will become Paris office managing partner of the merged firm A&O Shearman when it launches on May 1.

Roux, who joined A&O in France in 2003 and became a partner in 2012, is head of its banking and finance practice in France. He will serve a two-year term as Paris office leader, the two firms said.
