Ex-Bird & Bird Partner to Face Tribunal Over Inappropriate Conduct Allegation

A former Bird & Bird partner has been referred to the U.K. Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal over allegations of inappropriate conduct during his time at the firm.

Takeshige Sugimoto was a partner in Bird & Bird’s Brussels office between 2018 and 2019. He is currently managing director of the boutique law firm S&K Brussels—which he founded in 2020.
