Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton entered a pretrial intervention agreement in a Harris County district court Tuesday morning to get felony securities fraud charges dismissed.
The agreement requires Paxton complete 100 hours of community service, including 15 hours of legal ethics classes and he is to pay $271,000 in restitution to the victims, according to prosecutor Brian Wice.
