A Canadian man filed a breach of contract lawsuit against a now-closed Bank of America branch in Michigan this week, alleging the defendant “drilled-open” and removed over 100 coins valued at $3.6 million without permission. The plaintiff claims that neither his safe deposit box, nor its contents, have been returned.
