A municipal judge has been hit with a crop of ethics charges stemming from an assortment of actions he allegedly took from the bench.
Antonio Inacio, a part-time municipal judge in Clark since 1994, is accused in a complaint from the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct of presiding over numerous cases involving summonses issued by police officers and other municipal employees who had retained him to represent them in various private matters.
