Lawyers for people with cancer suing over Johnson & Johnson’s talcum powder piled into a New Jersey courtroom on Tuesday to protest the latest Chapter 11 bankruptcy, prompting a judge’s warning to tone down the vitriol.

Johnson & Johnson subsidiary LTL Management filed the bankruptcy case on April 4, just two hours after Chief Judge Michael Kaplan of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court officially dismissed the first Chapter 11 case from 2021.
