A Las Vegas law firm has filed a federal lawsuit seeking declaratory relief against the National Football League and the Las Vegas Raiders after the firm was threatened with “heightened legal penalties” over its Super Bowl LVII commercial.

The commercial in question was aired in both the Las Vegas media market and on YouTube and features Raiders’ defensive end Maxx Crosby, Las Vegas Golden Knights’ ice hockey player William Karlsson, and Ultimate Fighting Championship fighter Jon Jones. Each athlete is shown suiting up for their respective sport while attorney Steve Dimopoulos, lead attorney with the Dimopoulos Law Firm, prepares for his work day.
