Troutman Pepper has launched an initiative aimed at connecting clients with firm resources to address client challenges.
The firmwide initiative, which the firm calls Troutman Pepper Plus, uses client feedback, surveys and scorecard data to understand problems and challenges clients face and come up with solutions, the firm said.
