Angela Whitesell of McCarter & English has entered an appearance for TJX, the parent company to T.J. Maxx and Marshalls, in a pending trademark infringement lawsuit. The suit was filed Feb. 15 in Delaware District Court by Shaw Keller LLP and Parker Ibrahim & Berg on behalf of Therabody Inc., the manufacturer of the Massage Gun, and accuses the defendants of selling knock-off massage therapy devices without authorization. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Richard G. Andrews, is 1:22-cv-00202, Therabody, Inc. v. MiWorld Accessories LLC et al.
