The Ford Foundation has awarded New York Law School’s Civil Rights and Disability Justice clinic a $300,000 grant to support the clinic’s work over the next three years.

The grant will be used to support the clinic’s overall goal of “bridging the gap in legal education and the civil rights bar by examining and addressing the relationship between disability and all aspects of social justice,” Britney Wilson, associate professor of law and director of the Civil Rights and Disability Justice clinic, said in a statement.
