Stormy Daniels has sued the powerful Manhattan literary agent who sent her book deal money to Michael Avenatti, accusing him of violating his duties to her while helping Avenatti defraud her.

The 16-page complaint, filed Tuesday in the Southern District of New York, could be Daniels’ only real shot at recouping the $148,750 payment she never received in 2018. Agent Luke Janklow sent the money to Avenatti based on a request a jury recently concluded Avenatti made without Daniels’ knowledge, the complaint said.
