Two years after a cybercriminal hacked the personal information of more than 100 million of its customers, Capital One has reached a $190 million class action settlement.

In a joint motion filed on Monday, lawyers asked to stay the proceedings in light of the settlement, the details of which would be provided within 45 days. The settlement also resolves claims against Amazon.com Inc. and Amazon Web Services Inc., where the alleged hacker, Paige Thompson, previously worked, and where the hacked data was stored on a cloud-based system.
