"If lawyers in a firm find out that one of their partners or associates is [overbilling clients following an investigation, they are obligated to inform the ARDC about the attorney's conduct," explained attorney Steve Splitt, spokesman for the Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission of the Illinois Supreme Court.
