Crypto investment and trading firm CrossTower Inc. has hired financial services veteran Jeffrey Blockinger as the startup’s first ever chief legal officer, adding to the movement of financial services lawyers into top legal positions in the crypto space.
Blockinger recently had a six-month stint as CEO at the Association for Digital Asset Markets, an industry group aimed at developing best practices in the crypto ecosystem. The experience served as his intro to crypto.
