CNA Insurance has pulled its next general counsel from the legal department of New York-based Marsh McLennan’s insurance arm.
Taking over as CNA’s GC on June 28 is Susan Stone, who had been general counsel of Marsh LLC, Marsh McLennan’s insurance broking and risk management business. CNA announced the appointment Monday afternoon.
