Linklaters was not made aware of sexual harassment complaints against an Allens senior associate ahead of his secondments to Linklaters’ New York and Dubai offices, the firm has said.

The U.K. elite firm, which has a long-standing integrated alliance with Australian firm Allens dating back to 2012, said in a statement that it “did not know” about the allegations before the lawyer in question joined the firm in its offices as a secondee.
