Marc Mukasey confirmed Friday morning that he and fellow Manhattan-based criminal defense attorney Isabelle Kirshner are representing U.S. Rep. Matt Gaetz amid a federal investigation related to the alleged sex trafficking of a minor.
Their involvement in the case was first reported Friday by NBC News.
