Two hosts gabbing about a shared passion has proven to be one of the tried-and-true recipes for success in podcasting. Now, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher is giving the formula a stab with two of its most celebrated litigators: former U.S. Solicitor General Ted Olson and First Amendment advocate Ted Boutrous.

The “Two Teds”—to cite the name of the podcast—discuss the highlights of the litigators’ careers, but they aren’t just taking a walk down memory lane to entertain themselves. Podcasts are another marketing tool in the toolbox for law firms to keep their capabilities and brands fresh in the mind of clients. Boutros, the global co-chair of the firm’s litigation department, acknowledged this in an interview with Law.com.
