A Philadelphia judge has agreed to transfer a products liability lawsuit to a county in the middle of the state after several fact witnesses for defendants expressed fears about the risk for transmission of the coronavirus in Pennsylvania’s largest city.
Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Judge Arnold New on Tuesday granted a forum non conveniens motion to transfer the case, captioned Arceo v. AMF Bakery Systems, to York County.
