Two ex-employees at law firms Eversheds Sutherland and Kingsley Napley have been barred from the industry by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) for dishonest conduct.
In both cases, the legal regulator made Section 43 orders which ban solicitors and law firms from employing the individuals except with SRA approval, according to decision notices published on Monday.
