Morgan Lewis & Bockius’ Singapore partner Suet-Fern Lee has been suspended from practicing law for 15 months by a Court of Three Judges, the highest disciplinary body for the legal profession in Singapore, over her handling of the last will of her late father-in-law Lee Kuan Yew, former Senior Minister and Prime Minister of Singapore.

The Court found her guilty of misconduct unbefitting an advocate and solicitor. The judgment was passed last week after a virtual hearing in August.
