Cozen O’Connor is representing a drag racing association in a lawsuit that claims Coca-Cola used COVID-19 as an excuse to drop out of a sponsorship deal.

In a complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California on Monday, Glendora, California-based National Hot Rod Association alleges that Coca-Cola breached a six-year contract as its exclusive beverage sponsor for events, including its Mello Yello Drag Racing Series.
