Deloitte Legal has hired a team of Germany-based lawyers from DWF – the U.K.-listed law firm that opened its fourth office in Germany only last year, but is now cutting jobs and closing sites amid economic pressures.
The team is led by DWF Germany’s former managing partner, Michael Falter, as well as former global head of technology, Klaus Brisch, and former Germany head of corporate and M&A, partner Mathias Reif, a spokesperson for Deloitte confirmed.
