Former Freshfields Tax Partner Charged in Cum-Ex Scandal

Frankfurt prosecutors have charged a former Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer tax partner with aiding and abetting serious tax evasion, a Frankfurt court spokesperson confirmed on Wednesday.

German law does not disclose the names of accused persons.
