Jones Day, Shearman & Sterling Advise on Panama’s Cable Onda $600M Offering

Jones Day and Shearman & Sterling have advised on a $600 million senior notes offering from Cable Onda, the leading provider of residential pay-TV, fixed broadband internet and fixed telephony in Panama.

Jones Day represented the issuer alongside Panamanian firm Galindo, Arias y López, while Shearman & Sterling advised initial purchasers Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, BNP Paribas, Morgan Stanley and Scotia.
