Florida-based Am Law 200 firm Greenspoon Marder has settled a racial discrimination lawsuit filed by a Korean-American former shareholder, according to a Monday filing in New York federal court.

U.S. District Judge Alison Nathan of the Southern District of New York signed off on the settlement to the suit filed in January by litigator Jun Chul Whang.
