TOLEDO, Ohio — UPDATE: According to investigative services, Terry Waka was found.

A woman with dementia went missing from west Toledo on Sunday, according to Toledo police.
63-year-old Terry Waka was last seen on the 2400 block of Tremainsville Road.
Waka is described as 5’7” and about 140 lbs.
She was last seen wearing a wig with a black hat, a black and white striped shirt and black leggings.
Waka has dementia and takes medication for several health issues.
If you see her or know where she is you are asked to call 911 immediately.
