Tuesday into early Wednesday has caused rises along Wildcat Creek
and the Wabash River near Lafayette.
* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE…Wildcat Creek near Lafayette.
* WHEN…From early this morning to just after midnight tonight.
* IMPACTS…At 10.0 feet, Flooding of lowland areas in progress in
portions of Tippecanoe County.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 3:45 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 10.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river will rise to 10.8 feet this morning. It
will then fall below flood stage to 9.8 feet this evening.
– Flood stage is 10.0 feet.

Turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
