Those team members we mentioned? They’ve been working behind the scenes to serve you even better at our 1,800+ Target stores across the country. As part of Target’s effort to modernize and elevate our approach to guest services, we’ve created specialized roles for our team members and invested more than half a million extra hours in training ahead of the holidays to take our service to the next level. You’ll now see team members dedicating their time—and sharing their expertise with you—in specific departments, like beauty or electronics. Target’s adding nearly $50 million more in payroll vs. last holiday, too, to make sure the right experts are always available to help you when you need it most (during popular shopping times like nights and weekends, for example). And we’re doubling the number of team members focused on fulfillment services (read: all the ways to get the stuff you love), including same-day delivery options so you can get your orders in as soon as an hour—more on that in a minute.

Join our circle
Target Circle, that is. It’s our new, nationwide loyalty program (the fastest-growing in the country, with over 25 million guests—and counting—already enrolled), and it’s packed with perks. - Drive Up – Simply order your must-haves through the Target app, roll into the designated spot in Target’s parking lot and we’ll bring your bags right to your car door. Most orders are ready within an hour, and our super-fast team will be out to your car in less than two minutes. No wonder this is our guests’ highest-rated service! And new this year, Target’s the first and only retailer to offer this oh-so-convenient option in all 50 states.
- Delivery with Shipt – When the weather outside is frightful (or that couch is just so cozy), you can have a Shipt Shopper do the work for you. Build a basket on Target.com—or coming soon this season, via the Target app—and your shopper will deliver everything to your door in as soon as an hour. Plus, you now have the option to pay per order, use your RedCard to get 5% off your purchases and receive Target Circle perks. This great service is available from 1,500 stores in 48 states.
- Order Pickup – Shop Target.com or the Target app, and we’ll have everything ready and waiting at the Guest Services counter at your local store in about an hour. Swing in, grab your gear and be on your merry way. This speedy option’s available in all Target stores.
- Free Shipping – And there’s more good news: We’re making free shipping available to all guests for the holidays, with orders arriving as early as the next day! Beginning Nov. 1 through Dec. 21, you’ll enjoy free shipping on hundreds of thousands of items—no minimum purchase or membership required.
