Thousands of Citrix customers leverage our on-prem and cloud endpoint management solution — Citrix Endpoint Management — to protect, secure, and enable work on millions of mobile devices around the globe. Our customers have been using this solution for more than a decade!

In July 2022, Citrix announced end of sale (EoS) for net new customers, while continuing to support existing customers by providing Day 0 support, performance, and security updates.

After that announcement, we received a lot of feedback from customers, who overwhelmingly wanted us to revisit our EoS decision. They valued their Citrix Endpoint Management investments and wanted Citrix to enhance the solution as they grew the number of devices under management.

Because of this positive feedback, we are bringing Citrix Endpoint Management back as a critical capability of the Citrix portfolio. There will be no EoS, no maintenance-only mode, and no end of maintenance (EoM) date of Dec 2025. Citrix Endpoint Management is now fully supported!

Moving forward our approach is focused on these key principals:

  • Listen to customers, whose needs will drive enhancements
  • Meet customers where they are, giving equal priority to on-prem and cloud enhancements
  • Enhance secure access capabilities on mobile across all applications

Let’s consider these principals from a functionality perspective. Citrix Endpoint Management provides customers with:

  • Device Management:
    • The latest policies on iOS and Android, driven by customer needs
    • Day 0 support across platforms
    • Performance and security updates
  • Secure Mail
    • Calendar and mail enhancements, driven by customer needs
  • Secure Access
    • MAM SDK: Grow the number of supported frameworks and enhance the SDK to provide access, compliance, and containment capabilities
    • Secure Web: Enhance the browser experience to provide a seamless and secure experience to access web/SaaS apps with compliance and containment policies
    • Citrix Secure Private Access Integration: Provide ZTNA across all apps on a mobile device

Stay tuned for new feature announcements in these areas, and keep an eye on the What’s New page on our product documentation site for regular updates!
