Supporting critical contract and data collection workflows is also paramount, and the Citrix RightSignature team optimized and developed electronic signature features in 2021 to make your RightSignature experience even better.

Broadcasting of documents with automated reminders — This new feature enables the bulk distribution of documents, as is needed when onboarding new employees, executing internal compliance agreements, or confirming contract-term changes. It also reduces the need for manual follow-ups with automated reminders to recipients to complete the documentation.

Enhanced Packager capability — This feature combines documents to be shared in a single email notification. For example, an accountant could combine different components of a tax filing to be signed in a single email. They could simplify workflows even more by using the “Request Files” feature of Citrix ShareFile to request supporting documents, store them in a central location, and prepare the tax filing.

Integration with adoptable app-packs for NDA, Real Estate within Citrix Podio — The Real Estate Investment App Pack includes the Purchase Contracts app, which generates contracts with sellers, and the Sales Contracts app, which creates contract documents with Buyers. Both have embedded RightSignature capabilities to ensure quick, smooth contract completion.

The NDAs with RightSignature App Pack manages the full lifecycle of a non-disclosure agreement, including document generation, routing for signature, and tracking when the document is opened. Once it has been signed, the completed document is attached to the Podio item. A standard NDA template is included with the pack.

Introduced new and improving existing connectors to business applications — Providing a superior e-signature solution to our customers in whichever business apps they use to work is part of our philosophy with RightSignature. To support this outlook, we have introduced a connector to third-party business application Workato.

Within Citrix’s own solutions, RightSignature has a more intuitive workflow to our Citrix Workspace, Citrix Gateway services, and Citrix StoreFront customers. Additionally, Citrix Workspace customers can now receive notifications of their signature processes via their personalized notification feed.
