 Commercial Real Estate News (CRE) The closely-watched antitrust trial against Live Nation and Ticketmaster had been paused after the U.S. Department of Justice announced a settlement. It will now resume on Monday, after Jonathan Henry Hatch of the Office of the New York Attorney General and Jeffrey Kessler of Winston & Strawn confirmed they were prepared to resume.
