The new acting chief of the U.S. Department of Justice's Antitrust Division authorized a statement urging a Chicago federal judge to "reject Defendants' incorrect legal rules regarding Plaintiffs' standalone information-sharing claim" in a consolidated class action alleging a price-fixing conspiracy among manufacturers of frozen potato products.
