Free Tai Chi classes are being held at Dorothea Dix Park, at Harvey Hill, Cranmer Drive, Raleigh, North Carolina.

Registration is required for each session. Registration opens two weeks before the session, at 12 p.m., and is subject to filling up.

Tai Chi is a series of slow, continual movements from right to left, up and down, forwards and backwards, to bring you balance. Tai Chi has been proven to lower stress and anxiety, improve mental and physical balance, and improve overall health and vitality. This program welcomes all fitness levels and youth at least 12 years old. Minors must be registered and accompanied by an adult.

Please bring comfortable shoes and a water bottle. A refilling station is available.
