 CRE-sources Orlando Atlanta-based real estate investment firm Stonemont and private equity firm Iron Point Partners have landed a full-building tenant at Topline Logistics Center, a 457,217-square-foot industrial property just off I-75 in Ocala.
Terms of the lease and the tenant’s identity were not disclosed.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Jared Bonshire, David Perez, Taylor Zambito and Ryan Hubbard represented Stonemont in the lease negotiations.
Topline Logistics Center sits on roughly 35 acres in Central Florida and is designed as a cross-dock facility geared to high-volume logistics users. Building specs include 36-foot clear heights, 110 trailer parking spaces and 247 car parking spaces, along with four drive-in doors. The site also offers a 185-foot truck court to support efficient circulation and loading operations.
