PP730 Floral Birthday

Happy Sunday, everyone! Ann is our super hostess at the Paper Players this week and she has a wonderful sketch--such a versatile one, too!  Here we go:

I still had a paper pad from Not 2 Shabby on my desk, and I just fell in love with these florals! I needed a birthday for a very special friend, and this fit the bill:

This is a case of letting the papers do all the work! I simply layered the pieces on a white card base, gave the floral panel a Pebbled Path mat, and stamped the sentiment from Country Birdhouse on another scrap of the paper!  I did add a tiny little scalloped mat behind my floral circle as well as some iridescent sequins that are barely visible!

I stamped another sentiment on the inside in retired Blushing Bride:

And it is already winging its way to my friend!

I hope you'll play along with this awesome sketch.  The design team has done some amazing work with it, so I hope you'll pop over to the Paper Players blog, check them out, then share yours with us too!  Thanks for popping in today!  Enjoy it and be blessed!

You have inspired me to use this sketch with some of my favorite paper patterns I have been saving. Thank you for creating this beauty for my challenge. Have a wonderful week!

Yet more gorgeous paper! I love that you've added in some tone-on-tone stamping on the base and spotlighted (spotlit?) that wonderful bloom with a touch of blue scallop. What a lovely way to use the sketch!
