Chris Reed calls in to the program to talk about his new book, “Sacred Conversations: How God Wants Us to Communicate,” available from Sophia Institute Press. It’s a topic of great interest to Gus as he talks for a living and most of his discussion centers around God. Chris talks about how his purpose with this book is to guide readers in their interactions between “seekers” and “helpers” and help relate to others in their pain, frustration, hope and dreams.
Later, for Friday w/the Fathers, Gus begins with the writings of St. Jerome. Gus reads some highlighted excerpts from the fiery Scripture translator.
And it's Friday, so Gus engages in some Prayer Time with listeners.
