If you follow contemporary Christian music, you may be familiar with Rebecca St. James and Luke and Joel Smallbone, the duo behind for King and Country. The new movie Unsung Hero chronicles their family’s move to Nashville in the early 1990s.
Coming to America after hitting rock bottom in Australia, the Smallbone family (David, Helen, and their six children with one on the way) expected a new beginning. However, when things do not go as planned, they are forced to adjust and make a new plan. Unsung Hero illustrates how the family stuck together and worked together when the odds were against them by putting God first and trusting in Him.
