Are you a writer with a knack for crafting SEO-focused content around online marketing, WordPress, Funnels or digital entrepreneurship topics?
We’re looking to hire a couple of content writers who can write 1-2 blog posts per week - this equates to around 5000-7500 words of content per week.
About you:
- Understand SEO
- Deliver to deadlines every time
- Know how to persuade, not just educate
- Care about the reader and their perception
- Know the value of writing original, non AI content
- Have experience writing on topics around digital marketing, digital entrerepeneurship, funnels or WordPress related topics
About the role:
You’ll be writing content for 2 SaaS software blogs which focus around educating on topics of digital entrepreneurship, online marketing, online courses & memberships, funnels and WordPress.
Examples of content types you will be writing include:
- Step-by-step tutorials (e.g. How to create a tripwire funnel in WordPress)
- Listicles and product roundups (e.g. Top 10 WordPress Mega-menu plugins )
- Researched based “example” articles: (e.g. 12 PPC Landing Page Examples)
Compensation:
The starting rate for this role is 5 cents per word - so $100 per 2000 words accepted by our content editors/managers. Starting rate can be increased if technical experience and writing quality are very high - please specify if you require a higher starting rate with your initial application.
Our hiring selection process:
- Complete our initial writing test (details below)
- If we find that you might be a good fit, we'll invite you to write an paid test 300 word article
- After reviewing your short 300 word article, we will ask successful candidates to write the rest of the article.
- If you pass our writing assessments, we'll invite you to a video call with one of our management team to ensure suitability.
- After that, you'll be onboarded with our team to get started immediately.
