This patient with significant maxillary atrophy received two upper implants with minor ridge split and bone grafting for support of an over-denture. The lower arch was restored with an implants-bar supported over-denture. It gave her the chewing comfort and the aesthetics she was looking for while keeping the treatment affordable.
