Dumb Libtards was built to be a community site where people can create an account for free to be able to comment on posts and chat with other community members, allowing USER GENERATED CONTENT that would naturally bring traffic to the site and add content quickly in addition to posts created by owner. Much of it is satire and comical with a splash of dark humor, and also newsy things that include research, statistics, references, and personal opinion pieces. Dumb Libtards is built on WordPress and it's biggest following is the Facebook page.
Second site - Patriot Hill USA (designsbypatriothill.com) was intended to be a patriotic POD store, using TikTok to build it's following. The store is already completed and built on Shopify.

Both sites make the same type of content - so the new owner could easily decide which one to use as the face of the brand and combine the two if desired, - and then point one domain to the other so old traffic/followers/google crawlers establish the connection. Or keep them separate and build each out in different ways.
With ChatGPT on the rise, you may not want to hire writers, but in case you do, I can tell you there is a demand for conservative writers! I put an ad out on ProBlogger for Dumb Libtards, and got 42 passionate applications of eager writers wanting to put their voice to all that is going on in our country.
SUBSCRIBERS:
I have used social media to gain followers. They have been engaged by sharing and commenting on the content posted. I have not built an email list or customer base yet as I'm selling before I really got to that point. Check out TikTok @patriothillusa with 423 followers, and find Dumb Libtards on Facebook with 3k followers. DLibs does have other SM channels, including YT, but most effort was put into FB. It's your choice to expand PHill on SM with other channels too.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
dumblibtards.com is an aged domain at just over 2 years old with enough content to be crawled in search engines or to come up in search easily.
patriohillusa.com and designsbypatriothill.com are fairly new, created last Spring, so maybe 3-4 months old now. It has not been attached to a WordPress site yet, only Shopify.

OPERATIONS:
Regular content creation of memes, videos, GIFS, blog posts/writing articles, and anything else you want to put on the site (like podcasts maybe). You will need to create a content schedule to keep it consistent, even if you only post one time a day. Consistency is key online with a site like this. I was scheduling posts 5 times a day to begin with. But you can go as fast or slow as you want to build it out. A content and editing schedule will help greatly with organizing the workload so it doesn't feel overwhelming. You can also outsource content and hire others to post for you which would streamline and simplify the process.
SELLER NOTES:
I just built this site in July 2021 so there is no income yet to speak of (as I haven't put FT effort into it), and the demographic of your audience will depend on who you decide to target. I have seen interest on our posts from 18-65+ year-olds, so the potential for a wide audience is there.
I'm torn about selling this site because quite honestly the build is impressive and I know the serious potential it has to become very popular and make an extremely good income. I however have multiple websites I'm running and decided to cut the newest one loose. My loss is your gain!
