Inflatables, face painting, balloon artists, and free back to school supplies. Registration is required (at above link.) In partnership with Novant, Vaccines will be offered to kids from birth to age 18, who have no insurance, have Medicaid, or are Medicaid eligible.
There will be music, games, refreshments, and fun. Book bags will be distributed at the end of the program. You must pre-register and bring your child to receive the supplies.
David B. Waymer Recreation Center welcomes all school aged students and their families to attend our Back-To-School Bash on Saturday, August 16th from 10am-2pm. Tuckaseegee Recreation Center in partnership with Pretty Helps Inc., Light of Sirius Lodge, Light of Hope Eastern Stars will be giving out school supplies, clothes and beauty supplies. There will also be fun games and music and snacks.
Come celebrate back to school West Charlotte style during our Back to School Bash! Students Pre-K through 12th grade will have a great time bouncing on inflatables, enjoying the spray ground, and getting back to school supplies. Pre-registration is required. The event is from 11:00am – 3:00pm. Once you are registered drop in any time within that time frame to participate. Backpacks will be limited so please make sure to register!
