QUICK SUMMARY:
I’m looking for a content writer / designer for a long-term remote job, that’s mostly about creating & publishing articles on a website related to design.
Ideally, I’d love to find a person who is passionate about art or design and knows a thing or two about writing (but I don’t need a professional designer). The job itself isn’t that much about writing a super long articles or about creating designs - it’s more of a combination of these 2 fields + publishing in wordpress.
The job’s very simple + I have manuals & videomanuals for everything - so don’t worry, I’ll teach you all that’s needed.
WHAT’S THE JOB ABOUT:
Simply put, you’ll be creating articles about design & publishing them to a wordpress website.
- You don’t need to know how to work in wordpress, I will teach you - it’s super simple.
- There is not much text, mostly factual information.
- You can use Chat GPT to generate a text, BUT you ALWAYS have to check & correct it after the Chat.
- You’ll also have to create some simple images in Adobe Illustrator (no need to be advanced, you just need to have the tool on your PC and I’ll show you the rest).
IS THE JOB COMPLICATED?
Not at all. There will be some learning at the beginning (I mean wordpress, the process of creating & publishing an article), but I think after 1 - 2 articles you’ll find it super easy.
- The job is actually kind of repetitive - with each article, you’ll do the same process, only for a bit different topic.
PAYMENT
The payment will be done per article. 1 article = 40 USD (approx - sometimes it can be 35, sometimes 45 depending on the article)
- Each article takes around 2 - 4 hours (usually).
- That should be somewhere between 10 - 20 USD per hour.
- The more articles you’ll make, the more money you’ll earn - that’s easy.
- If you do for example 10 articles, you’ll have 400 USD.
WHO AM I LOOKING FOR?
- Someone with a passion for design, art, or designer background - it’s for a website about design, therefore you should care about these topics. Your name will be below the articles as an author.
- Someone who knows how to write - I don’t need you to be a professional writer, but I require at least some flair for writing.
- Either a native English speaker or someone who has perfect English as if they are a native speaker.
REQUIREMENTS:
You have to use Adobe Illustrator - you don’t have to be a pro in the software, but I have a template you’ll need to be able to open in the program. But don’t worry, it’s not a complicated template or anything.
SKILLS:
As I already said, I don’t need you to be a professional designer, or writer with years of experience. But ideally, you should be passionate about design / art, and know a bit about writing.
