Critical missing 20-year-old man found safe, Milwaukee police say

The 20-year-old man reported critical missing has been found safe, Milwaukee police say.

The man was last seen in the 4400 block of North 71st Street around 1 p.m. Thursday.

"Critical missing" is a label police apply to people who may be especially vulnerable.
