An 11-year-old girl was struck by a car last month while riding her bicycle in Manheim Township, and Northern York County Regional Police are seeking help from the public to find the driver and the vehicle.

The girl was riding her bike in the 6400 block of Brodbeck Road when the hit-and-run crash happened around 6:37 p.m. Feb. 8, according to a news release.

Northern York County Regional Police are looking for a car similar to this one that was involved in a hit-and-run crash last month in Manheim Township. The vehicle struck an 11-year-old girl who was riding a bicycle. This is not the suspect vehicle.

Police say the car was traveling eastbound when the passenger side mirror struck the girl, who was riding in the same direction. She was wearing a helmet, and her parents took her to a hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

Investigators found pieces of the side mirror at the scene and determined that it came from a silver, 2008-2012 Honda Accord, the release states.

Police are still looking for the vehicle and the driver.
