The Council of the Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar of the American Bar Association has found that the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law is significantly out of compliance.
At its February meeting, the Council considered the status of Kentucky Law and concluded that the school is not in compliance with Standard 202(a), which pertains to finances, according to the March 7 notice.
