A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit from the cardroom owner and operator Maverick Gaming Tuesday challenging Washington state’s law only allowing sports betting at casinos owned by tribal nations.

Last year, Maverick Gaming filed its lawsuit against Washington Gov. Jay Inslee, Attorney General Bob Ferguson, as well as members of the Washington State Gambling Commission responsible for approving, enforcing and implementing tribal gaming compacts and laws in the state, regarding the state’s rules on sports betting.
