Powerball ticket sold at Lansing store among two $1M winners from Monday night
LANSING − A Powerball ticket worth $1 million was sold at a store on Lansing's west side, Michigan Lottery officials said Tuesday.
Another ticket sold online to a Michigan resident also is worth $1 million.
Both players matched the five white balls - 5-11-22-23-69 - drawn on Monday night, lottery officials said in a news release.
A ticket bought in Washington won the $754.6 million Powerball jackpot by matching the five numbers, plus the "power ball" 7. It was the fifth-largest Powerball jackpot ever and the ninth-largest lottery jackpot in U.S. history, lottery officials said.
The Lansing winning ticket was sold at Sav-Way Food Center, 2317 W. Michigan Ave., officials said.
The two $1 million winners have a year to claim their prizes. They can contact the Lottery bureau at 844-887-6836 (and select option 2) to do so.
